The Video Gsadame Industry has grossed more than $40 Billion in the past two years in the United States, and continues to grow. Gaming has given rise to a culture all its own, including sayings, icons and events that separate it from any other culture. Within gaming, a group has evolved who’s love, dedication and skill is beyond that of the average player. This group’s affinity for and skill at gaming has created a new social community. The E-Sports Community. <br /><div/><p/>The internet provides the means for unimpeded growth of the E-Sports community. In the US, one can find a Street Fighter 4 tournament somewhere on a nearly weekly basis and major tournaments like Devastation and Evolution every year. In Korea, the country’s love for games like Starcraft is so great that the nation is spending $3 Billion to build a new E-Sports arena. FIFA and Counterstrike tournaments are constantly won by many European-based teams and players. <br /><div/><p/>The spirit of competition is at the heart of E-Sports. That is why we are here. <br /><div/><p/>Gamers have a common saying: “Good Luck, Have Fun”. This is often shared amongst competitors before a match by using four simple letters - GLHF. This simple saying, however, embodies everything that the E-Sports World is. Despite the desire for competition and the drive to win, the E-Sports world is a community, one that supports all of its members with wishes for fun and comradely. Competition forces gamer to face gamer, but at the end of it all the E-Sports community recognizes itself as a single entity, as a brotherhood that simply share their passion and love for the Gaming Universe with one another. <br />We have decided to take this saying, GLHF, and use it as our icon, our badge. We will use it to spread the love that you, gamers and E-Sports fans, have for the industry to every single person that we can. We wish to share our love for this industry and our love for E-Sports with you. <br /> <br />We are passion. We are the spirit of competition.
